I've been listening to my MiSolve sessions now for 3 weeks (The Reptillian Sessions). I was a chronic worrier, losing sleep night after night due to constant worrying. The information in the psycho education session made so much sense to me but the hypnotherapy worked like magic. I've been sleeping soundly since the very first night and I confess I've stopped even listening to the sessions, I no longer need them. But I'm delighted to still have access just in case I ever feel I need them - I don't need to worry about that as I have the sessions to use whenever I need to.
